All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes will apply to new purchases only.

3.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Gumroad. By purchasing, you agree to Gumroad's terms of service.

3.3 Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our Services, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email: support@sentient-flow.com with:

  • Your purchase receipt
  • Reason for refund (optional)

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

4. License and Use

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Install the software on multiple systems within your organization
  • Access documentation and support resources

4.2 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software

  • Remove or alter proprietary notices, labels, or marks

4.3 Updates

Free updates are included for 12 months from purchase date. After 12 months, you may continue using your current version or purchase an update license.
